Brother Bobby Melton
 Director of Missions/Executive Director
 
Bro. Bobby Melton was called as Director of Missions in September 2005 at the 82nd Annual Meeting of the CCBA. Bro. Melton has served in the ministry for 30 years. He has served as pastor of churches in Tennessee and Idaho and as part of the Utah and Idaho Southern Baptist Convention staff as a church planter consultant.  Bro. Bobby and his wife Cathy have also served as missionaries for the North American Mission Board. Bro. Bobby has a heart for all churches in the CCBA and a desire to bring the Word to the entire community.

Lynn Farmer
Administrative Assistant
 
Lynn became part of the CCBA team in January 2006. She is a member of Kelly Baptist Church where she is children's director and piano assistant.

Ed Moseley
Treasurer
 
Ed has served as Treasurer of the CCBA since 1977.  Ed also serves with Gideons and Civitans.  He is a member of First Baptist Church, Hopkinsville.

Melissa Testerman Kieffer, LPCC
Cornerstone Counseling
 
Melissa Testerman Kieffer, LPCC has been a counselor with Cornerstone since 2005. She completed her EdS graduate work with Murray State University, and greatly enjoys her counseling ministry. She is a native of Hopkinsville, and is a member at Edgewood Baptist Church.

Carolyn Self, LCSW
Cornerstone Counseling
 
Janice Carolyn Self iis a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked as a counselor, trainer and mental health administrator for over 50 years. She is in private practice at Cornerstone Counseling and takes most insurances including Tricare.  She also accepts self-pay on an income sliding scale.  Her counseling focuses on persons with emotional stress, depression, anxiety and marital concerns.

Arlene Miller
Director of Impact Ministry
 
Arlene is a Mission Service Corps volunteer and directs the two CCBA Impact Ministry (food & clothing ministry) sites in Christian County.  She also is co-site director of the CCBA's Christian Women's Job Corps. She enjoys yearly mission trips to Haiti.  Arlene is a member of the New Palestine Baptist Church.

George (Jorge) & Milagros Garcia
Hispanic Ministry Coordinator
 
George is the pastor of the  Iglesia Bautista La Roca Eterna in Oak Grove.  This is the first Hispanic church organized in Kentucky.  George and his wife serve as Missionary Associates appointed by the North American Mission Board.
