CCBA Shares God's Love at the Fair
On July 4 through 10th CCBA sponsored an Evangelistic booth at the Western kentucky State Fair. The CCBA WMU partnered with the Evangelism team and many churches. We were able to give away candy, provide children's games, water, balloons, 3 - $20 gift cards to Ryan's Steakhouse, 2 - $2- gift cards to Dairy Queen, $20 gift cards to Hibbett Sports, Pizza Hut and one $100 gift certificate to Aldi's. We also gave "The Inivtation" CDs, several cases of Bibles, over 5,000 Gospel tracts and were involved in 100's of one-to-one witnessing encounters. There were several people who wanted follow-up visits. This was by far our best year at the fair with the most participation from our churches. Representatives from First Baptist, Hopkinsville, First Baptist, Oak Grove, Crofton, Eastview, Kelly, Lafayette, Henderson memorial, Salem, Living Hope, and Olivet Baptist churches all helped get the Gospel to people at the fair!
